Madeline Martinez

Madeline Martinez serves on the board of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) and as executive director of Oregon NORML. She is also the founder and proprietor of the World Famous Cannabis Cafe in Portland, Oregon. In 2014, Martinez was included in CelebStoner.com's list of "Women of Weed: 20 Green Queens".
